VIEWING ACCOUNT & ORDER DETAILS
Setting up an account with us couldn't be simpler. You can either set one up over the phone with one of our dedicated sales team members or sign up yourself by simply visiting our website.
Once you have an account, you'll be able to log into our customer portal. From here, you’ll be able to view, download and save all of your details, including current orders, your order history, and a collection of all your invoices.

Within our website, you’ll also be able to view all of our product specification sheets, data, pricing and image packs.
Within this section, you’ll be able to see exact stock levels
and assembly instructions for all products as well as specific data and pricing for products. You'll also be able to view, download and save a range of lifestyle and studio images and promotional product videos.
Once you have ordered something through TC Group, whether that be through the website or via our sales team, you’ll be able to see your product's entire journey, from picking to delivery.
You’ll be able to live track your orders and see exactly when they will reach you.
Within our website, you’ll be able to view all of our literature.
This includes our TC and Titan 2023 Directories, our Arc and Kuddle Brochures and our 2023 Lookbook, all available to view, share and download.
